Fitness Emporium is committed to transparent shipping timelines and reliable delivery. The following policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing & Payment
All orders are charged at the point of sale. Payment is processed immediately to reserve inventory and begin fulfillment.
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Shipping Timeframes
In-Stock Products
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Customers should allow 7–10 business days from order placement to dispatch for standard in-stock orders.
Precor Products
Due to manufacturer lead times, Precor products typically ship within 4–6 weeks from the purchase date.
Custom or Special-Order Items
Custom, made-to-order, or manufacturer-built items may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated timelines will be communicated when available.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping applies to qualifying products and includes lift-gate ground delivery only.
Lift-gate delivery means the carrier lowers the equipment from the truck to ground level.
Free Shipping does not include:
- Inside delivery
- Room placement
- Assembly or installation
- White-glove services
These services may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping Insurance & Tracking
All shipments are fully insured, and tracking information is provided once an order ships to ensure delivery transparency.
Freight Deliveries
Large fitness equipment may ship via freight carriers and may require a delivery appointment. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for freight trucks.
Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.
Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer production schedules, freight carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. If delays occur, Fitness Emporium will communicate updates as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter fulfillment quickly. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made promptly and cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.
